About these terms

By using this website, contacting us or accepting a quotation, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. Project-specific details—including the furniture, materials, finish, price, payment stages, estimated timing, delivery, installation and warranty—will be stated in your quotation or other agreed project documents. Those project-specific terms take priority if they differ from this page.

Website information

Website content is general information and design inspiration. Dimensions, colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens. Gallery furniture is based on real Custom Fit SG builds; some images have been enhanced for lighting, styling and room presentation.

We may update the website, correct errors or change availability without notice. Nothing on the website is a final quotation or promise that a particular design is suitable for your space.

Estimates and quotations

An early price range is an estimate based on the information available. A formal quotation is prepared after the project requirements are clearer. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it covers only the items and work listed in it.

You are responsible for checking the quotation and telling us about missing or incorrect requirements before accepting it.

Deposit, drawing and approval

After you accept the quotation and pay the required deposit, we prepare a drawing for your approval before production. Please check dimensions, layout, openings, finishes and other details carefully. We will not begin production until the required approval is received.

Changes requested after quotation, drawing approval or production begins may affect the price and estimated completion date. We will explain any material effect before proceeding with the change.

Your space and measurements

Please provide accurate information and tell us about walls, ledges, doors, lifts, stairs, access restrictions, concealed services or other conditions that may affect measurement, delivery or safe use. Final dimensions may need to be confirmed before production.

You are responsible for obtaining any building, landlord, management or other approvals required for access or work at the property.

Natural wood and finishes

Wood is a natural material. Grain, tone, knots and small variations are part of its character and will not be identical to a sample or photograph. Colour may also change gradually with light, age and use.

Follow the care instructions provided. Normal wear and tear—including scratches, dents, stains, fading, moisture damage and damage caused by harsh chemicals—is not a workmanship defect.

Delivery, inspection and support

Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will be stated or confirmed for your project. Please ensure safe and reasonable access, and inspect the furniture when it arrives. Tell us promptly if there is visible damage, a missing item or another problem.

If wood breaks during normal use, contact us. We will inspect the issue. Coverage for faults in materials or workmanship, including its duration and any exclusions, is governed by the warranty terms stated for your project.

Intellectual property

This website, its branding, text, layouts and project drawings belong to Custom Fit SG or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. A drawing prepared for your project is for reviewing and producing that project unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Responsibility

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Custom Fit SG is not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed site conditions, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or events reasonably outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
