Yes. We first confirm your requirements and quotation. Once you accept the quote and pay the deposit, we prepare the drawing for your approval before production.

For jobs of S$2,500 and below, full payment is required before work begins. For larger jobs, pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% before the furniture is released for delivery.

We will tell you. If a ready-made shelf, console or bench fits well for much less, that may be the better choice.

Wipe it with a soft damp cloth, then dry it. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

If the wood breaks during normal use, contact us for an inspection. Material and workmanship faults are covered. Normal wear, scratches, dents, stains, fading, moisture and chemical damage are not.
