How the furniture is built

Built in, freestanding or movable — whichever suits the piece.

We’ll recommend the right approach and explain why, before you decide.

Built in

Some furniture works best fixed to the wall, as part of the room.

Freestanding

Some is better standing free, so the room can change around it.

Movable

Some needs to move with you when you move.

One problem, designed out

When the bed needs to store more than bedding.

A standard frame left useful space underneath. This one turns the bed base into deep drawers and open storage, made around the room.

We recommend custom when it genuinely solves something—not simply for the sake of making it custom.
