What we may collect
When you contact us, visit the showroom or begin a project, we may receive your name, phone number, address, photographs and measurements of your space, furniture requirements, correspondence, quotation and payment records, and other information you choose to provide.
Our hosting provider may also process basic technical logs needed to operate and protect this website. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use personal data only for reasonable business purposes connected with your enquiry or project, including:
- replying to questions and providing an estimated price range;
- assessing, measuring, designing, quoting, producing and delivering furniture;
- processing payments and maintaining business records;
- providing support, warranty assessment and after-sales service;
- improving our service and protecting our website and business; and
- meeting legal, regulatory and safety requirements.
If we need your information for another purpose, we will notify you and obtain consent where required.
Consent and your choices
When you voluntarily send information so we can respond to an enquiry or carry out a project, you consent to its use for those purposes. You do not have to provide information that is not reasonably needed.
You may withdraw consent with reasonable notice. We will explain any practical consequence—for example, we may be unable to continue a project without the address or measurements needed to make and deliver it.
Who may receive it
We may share only the information reasonably needed with people helping us complete your project, such as our workshop, delivery providers, payment providers, website or technology providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
If personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take steps required under the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
We keep personal data only while it is needed for the project, customer support, warranty, legal or legitimate business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we will securely delete, anonymise or dispose of it.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some requests may be subject to exceptions under the PDPA.
