To me, fitness is part of our daily lifestyle. We need to eat, sleep and breathe, but human beings tend to neglect exercise; which is one of the most crucial and essential cog in our machine. My great passion is bringing fitness and wellness to people who wants to improve on their health and life but do not know where to start. I help my clients, who include both children and adult, achieve and find healthy and wholesome approach on fitness as something sustainable; as a lifestyle.
I know that no single exercise regime is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Anti-Ageing Exercise Program, Accelerated Fat Loss Program, Muay Thai, Boxing and Rehabilitative Exercise Program.
My background comprises of Certificate of Professional Recognition from the Australian Fitness Network, Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certification (inclusive of Postural Assessment and Rehab) and Formal Master Trainer of Octane Fitness.
